Description of the procedure::

Procedures using botulinum toxin preparations is one of the extremely effective and, what is very important, non-surgical methods of combating mimic wrinkles, caused by muscle contraction. The procedure consists in administering a small dose of medicine to selected facial muscles and works only within the muscles to which it has been injected, while the other muscles function as before.

BOTOX is widely used in the removal of:wrinkles between the eyebrows, horizontal front wrinkles, crow’s feet and “smoker’s”wrinkles.

Botox begins to work after 4 – 6 days after the procedure, and its full effect is visible after a minimum of 14 days from the day of surgery.

Post-treatment recommendations::

The patient should not bend or lie down for 4 hours and should not use the sauna or solarium the day after the procedure.

Time of incapacity for work::

There is no need to stop working.

Pregnant and lactating women; people suffering from myasthenia gravis (rare neurological disease), people suffering from Lambert–Eaton myasthenic syndrome, people allergic to human albumin;
